Manoli Aerakis is a business development coach. He led a high growth UK business which was rated one of the top fastest 100 growing companies in the UK. He has a wealth of experience with a background in Commercial and Private Banking in NZ.

Louise Staite

Louise is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Xero Certified and has worked in the industry for over 10 years. Prior to joining Go Accounting, Louise worked for years at international firm Findex.
Louise is passionate about providing systems advice and support, and ultimately problem solving for her clients. On the weekends you will find Louise spending quality time with her children, walking at the beach or just generally enjoying the outdoors. Louise is also the Treasurer of Natureland Wildlife Trust.

Michael Parker

In 2018 Michael co-founded Crux, an innovative accounting firm based in Nelson. Over the course of 4 years, Crux grew to a team of 9 talented people, being recognised as one of the top 4 emerging accounting firms in NZ and winning the NZ Small Firm of the Year at the 2021 Xero Awards.
In 2023 Crux merged with Malloch McClean to create a new powerhouse in the world of accounting across Te Tau Ihu Top of the South.
Prior to forming Crux, Michael worked for a mid-sized local accounting firm WK Strawbridge as an Associate Principal in the business advisory space. He has also worked for the international accounting firm Deloitte (in both NZ and the UK).
Michael has worked with various clients in a virtual CFO capacity, utilising his extensive knowledge and experience in strategic planning, profit improvement, risk management and business valuations to help his clients to grow and improve their business and to build resilience.
Outside of work Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Hannah, son Archer and daughter Bella. Michael and Hannah also own a local retail business, Palm Boutique.

Claire Sibley

Claire was part of the Crux team that merged with Malloch McClean in 2023 and while she retains her general accounting client base, her role has evolved to focus on two key areas she’s passionate about: international tax for individuals and high-impact business coaching.
Her hero coaching services include cashflow and profit improvement meetings, business planning, and regular accountability sessions—helping clients gain clarity, confidence, and momentum in their business.
Prior to joining Go Accounting/Crux, Claire has enjoyed a wide range of experience including gaining her Chartered Accounting qualification at KPMG before moving into the Tax Software space as national Tax Manager for Thomson Reuters’ ONESource tax software suite of products. After having children Claire began the move into public practice, in a part time role to better balance her professional and personal life.
Outside of work, Claire keeps busy with her husband and two young children. She is rarely without a good coffee in hand and loves hiking, yoga, and reading in the sunshine.
